I gave this book five stars because of the diversity of the stories within, some very short but none the less enjoyable. It covers a wide variety of human emotion, humour, sadness, anger, happiness. Its all in this delightful book just waiting for you to delve in. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes well written tale.

There is something in this book to suit every taste and mood. The stories range from 100 word pieces to the more usual 1500 - 2000 words magazine type short story. Each story has a drink assigned to it to reflect the flavour of the tale itself. There are stories that made me laugh and some wonderful twist endings, especially in the very short tales. Prayers by Roger Noons has a twist at the end which turns the mood of the whole story, made me shudder and he manages this in the last six words, a great achievement. This is a great book for dipping into and is the perfect size to slip into bags etc for the daily bus or train commute. I can't see how anything in this book could've been left out and highly recommend this.
